December a Time to Gather Together

The gift this Christmas Eve was an evening at George and Betty Richtmeyer's home. Their invite of the church family out to their home for a time of fellowship and food was a real act of kindness. Santa Claus had visited the Richtmeyer home and filled their stockings very full. The church wishes to thank George and Betty for opening their house up for the church to get together. God Bless and Happy New Year!

Church Sings Out Year

The church choir performed its now annual Christmas cantata on December 19th in the morning worship service. The choir, under the direction of Victor Maine, worked very hard to bring the church a wonderful celebration of God's love through song. A very hearty thanks to the dedication of each choir member who shared so much of their time and effort to practice. Thank you!

Teen Sing

The teens, along with a large number of adults, traveled over to the Noble Nursing Home to sing carols. The carolers sang up and down each hall pausing to greet and visit with some of the residents of the home. The residents all seemed to enjoy the Christmas carols sung by the mix of youth and adults from the church. Afterwards everyone met at the church for a time of fellowship and snacks. Hot chocolate was the right touch on a cold night.

Hill's Host Fellowship

Cleatus and Geraldine Hill hosted a time of singing, fellowship, and food at their home on December 31st. This is the second year that Cleatus and Geraldine have hosted a time of singing at their house. A very good turnout of about thirty-five made it out for New Years' Eve to sing in the new year's fellowship. The church would like to thank the Hill's for their hospitality.
